Dehlia SQUILLANTE
Dehlia is an apprentice at Sacred Vessel Tattoo and acknowledges that she exists on and cares for the traditional, ancestral, and unceded lands and waters of the Wabanaki and the N’dakina peoples.
She grew up in southern vermont where she created, played, and developed an initial lifelong bond and relationship to the beautiful nature of vermont. Her educational background includes a few bachelors degrees of art therapy, clinical mental health counseling, and cognitive neuroscience.
Dehlia is an avid learner of astrology and esoteric phenomena, all of which is integrated into her creative process and artworks, and lifestyle. Dehlia’s art style could be described as psychedelic in nature, as it is heavily influenced by color play, the natural world, and an all around sense of whimsy.
